AARON FLOYD
Aaron began as my piano and songwriting student. He was going through a difficult time during the divorce of his parents so I encouraged him to put his emotions into his music. His creativity and ability to communicate emotion through music was incredible. Especially for someone of his age. He was a pleasure to work with, his parents were supportive and he wanted a career in music, so I agreed to manage him. I made him a website and social media pages, linked them all together and filmed some content to get him started. Then chased gigs for him. I'm grateful to Richard at my local venue: The Drawingroom, for giving him a shot as an unknown 13 year old. After his performance there, other shows and small festivals followed. I found other young artists for him to duet with in the studio, filmed the performances and uploaded them to Facebook. These went viral with hundreds of thousands of hits on each video. I was then able to chase him support tours. I approached Britain's Got Talent runners up Bars & Melody who had the right demographic of fans and they kindly agreed to have Aaron as their opener. I guided him through the tour, coaching him on his stage performance, radio interviews and his interaction with fans and the crew. His success was incredible. Next I booked him on a tour around Europe with German pop star Lukas Rieger which was another massive success. He was now performing to crowds of over 1000 screaming fans per night. Numerous fan pages began appearing online. He was featured in the Daily Express who described him as the UK's answer to Justin Bieber and now Aaron was in a position where music industry were approaching us to work with him.
Most importantly for me, Aaron was coming out of a very troubled period in his life and starting to find happiness and positivity. We wrote the song in the video above together. It's about Learning from mistakes and adversity. Where Aaron goes next is up to him. He's currently starting his GCSE year, so music is on a temporary break. However, I've encouraged him to keep working on his musicianship and writing and to keep focusing on positive steps in his personal life too. I believe he can become a brilliant artist and an inspirational for young people looking to turn their lives around after troubled times. If any of his fans are reading this, thank you for everything. You guys have been absolutely incredible and Aaron is so grateful to you, every day.

JESS FOLLEY
Jess Folley is the winner of The Voice Kids UK 2017. Out of thousands of talented young singers, Jess shone and won the entire series in front of millions of viewers, with a brilliant performance of Beyonce's Love On Top. Her success so far is the result of years of dedication, regular gigging and performing from a young age under the tutelage of brilliant teachers including Charlotte Logan. I work with Jess on her piano playing and songwriting and am mentoring her as she moves forward with her music career, helping her find the right gigs and opportunities to transition from a talent show winner, to a great recording artist. She's a pleasure to work with and her attitude is always lovely and upbeat. Most importantly she loves what she does. My biggest aim is to help her keep finding opportunities to have a brilliant, fun an exciting life in music.
LIBERTY GRANT
I met Liberty at a gig in 2016. She was a really good vocalist, with the kind of beautiful tone in her voice you can't teach. I loved her style and the emotional maturity of her performances. I invited her to the studio to perform a duet with Aaron. I worked with them to make a great vocal arrangement and then filmed and recorded their performance (video above). They were sensational and the video quickly racked up over 100,000 hits on Facebook without any advertising whatsoever. The rest of the year I was busy touring with Matt Cardle and Aaron, but recently in 2017 I've begun working with her, teaching her piano and helping her develop her songwriting ability. I'm also mentoring her on the music industry and encouraging her to develop her musicianship and creativity so that she reaches her full potential as an artist. She really is a rare talent and at only 14 years old has some really exciting times ahead.
